This is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the service provider noted below (the “Service Provider”) and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (“the Authority”). The below mentioned CommunityLearning Team has commissioned the Service Provider on behalf of the Authority, using delegated commissioning powers, operating within the Children and Young People’s Trust arrangements, as set out in the Children and Young People’s Plan 2009-13: ‘Tackling inequality, creating opportunity’.
