This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is entered into between the above-listed Courtyard Property Owner (“LESSEE”) and Courtyard Homeowners Association, Inc. (“CHOA”), by and through its Board of Directors and the Kayak/Canoe Committee (“KCC”), for the purpose of leasing one assigned space in CHOA’s kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard storage rack (“Tait’s Rack”) located within CHOA’s community park.
