If You are acting as an employee, You agree that this Agreement will bind Your employer and that You are authorized to do so. Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary in this Agreement, if Your employer is a Public Body (as defined in ORS 174.109), Your agreement to this Agreement will bind Your employer only if You have the actual authority to do so.
