The parties agree that orders for purchases and redemptions pursuant to this Agreement may be placed by use of either the National Securities Clearing Corporation’s (“NSCC”) Defined Contribution Clearance & Settlement (“DCCS”) system, which incorporates the functionality of NSCC's Fund/SERV system, (Option I) or by fax and wire (Option II). The procedures to be followed for each of those options are as set forth below.
