This Transfer Agency And Shareholder Services Agreement is made as of August 26, 2026 (“Effective Date”) by and between BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc. The term “Agreement” shall mean this Transfer Agency And Shareholder Services Agreement as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time as provided for herein. All references to “Schedule B” herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 17 or 20(l).

This Custody Agreement is made and entered into as of the latest date set forth on the signature page hereto (the “Effective Date”) by and between THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, a New York state chartered bank (“BNY” or the “Custodian”), and American Drive Variable Insurance Trust, a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”) as an open-end management investment company on behalf of each of its series (“Customer”). BNY and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

THIS AGREEMENT is made as of August 12, 2026, by and between each investment company referenced on the signature page hereto (each a “Fund”, collectively the “Funds”), and The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York banking organization (“BNY”). Although a single agreement is used for administrative ease, this contract represents a separate Fund Administration and Accounting Agreement for each Fund (or series thereof, where applicable) and, accordingly, a separate agreement between each Fund (or series thereof, where applicable) and BNY will be deemed to have been established, the terms of each of which are set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of September 10, 2026, by and between American Drive Variable Insurance Trust (the “Trust”) and each series of the Trust, if any, as listed on Schedule I, if any, being hereinafter referred to as a “Fund,” and Hantz Financial Services, Inc. (the “Distributor”), a Michigan corporation. Absent written notification to the contrary by either the Trust or the Distributor, each new investment portfolio of the Trust established in the future shall automatically become a “Fund” for all purposes hereunder and shares of each new class established in the future shall automatically become “Shares” for all purposes hereunder as if set forth on Schedule I as applicable and effective as of the date listed in Schedule I, as it may be separately amended from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Agreement shall apply separately with respect to the Trust and each Fund, as relevant.
