THIS TRUST AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 25, 2024, by and between WisdomTree Digital Commodity Services, LLC, as depositor (the “Depositor”), and CSC DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, as trustee (the “Trustee”). The parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
