This ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of December 20, 2024 (this “Administration Agreement”), by and between UNION ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a Ameren missouri, a Missouri corporation (“Ameren Missouri”), as administrator (in such capacity, the “Administrator”), and Ameren missouri SEcuritization funding i, llC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Issuer”).
