This ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of [Closing Date], 2022 (this “Administration Agreement”), by and between PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation (“PG&E”), as administrator (in such capacity, the “Administrator”), and PG&E WILDFIRE RECOVERY FUNDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Issuer”).
