THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as "Escrow Agreement") is dated as of July 14, 2020, among Legacyhub Hospitality Fund I, Inc, a Delaware Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and The Kingdom Trust Company, a South Dakota Corporation, located at 4300 S. Each of the Corporation, the Participant and the Sponsor is a "Party," and collectively, they are the "Parties" to this Agreement.
