The purpose of Bitcoin Strategy Sub Fund is to facilitate the implementation of Bitcoin Strategy Fund’s investment strategies. The Bitcoin Strategy Sub Fund is a “qualified eligible person” as defined in Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) Rule 4.7.
