This Mikrocoze Master Manufacturing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 4, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Mikrocoze Inc., 1545 Crossways Blvd., Suite 250, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320-0218 (“Mikrocoze ”) and, and New Bharat Furniture House, a India corporation having its principal place of business at 93-Court Road, Amritsar, Punjab, India.
