THIS POSTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 14th day of November 2017, between StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. (“StartEngine”), a Delaware corporation, and PSI International, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Company”), to act as the Company’s online intermediary technology platform (the “Platform”) in connection with the Company’s proposed offering promulgated under Regulation A (“Reg A+”) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), (the “Offering”) of common or preferred stock (the “Securities”).

This TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT, which consists of this account form (the “Account Form”) and the associated Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) attached hereto as Exhibit A, is made and entered into as of December 28, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) between PSI International Inc. (collectively referred to as “Issuer,” “you,” “your”) for its offering of securities entitled PSI International Inc. (“Offering”), and FundAmerica, LLC (“FundAmerica”, “Technology Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
