Additionally, the guarantor reported that two tax liens in the state of New York are pending against him for failure to pay amounts due in 2006 and 2012 with initial assessments of approximately $442,688 and $18,779, respectively, plus interest. The guarantor’s obligations under such liens were combined into one payment plan, established in 2015, with an outstanding balance of approximately $500,000.
