THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 10, 2016, by and among New Gold Discoveries, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company” or the “Client”), and Adam S. Tracy, Esq., an attorney (the “Escrow Agent”). This Agreement shall be effective as provided in Paragraph 1 below.
