THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 19, 2016, by and among Anfield Acquisitions, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company'' or "Client"), and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, a North Carolina banking corporation (the "Escrow Agent").
