This Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 25, 2019 by and between UNITED ROYALE HOLDINGS CORP., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and the undersigned (the “Purchaser”). The Purchaser, together with the Company shall be referred to as the “Parties”.
