THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of Michigan’s Adventure Park LLC (the “Company”), effective as of March 2, 2015, is adopted, executed and agreed to by Michigan’s Adventure, Inc., a Michigan corporation, as the sole member of the Company (the “Member”).
