Representation Mortgage Loan Description of Exception Permits Mortgaged Property located at 618 Seventh Avenue, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania had not been obtained as of the origination of the Mortgage Loan or the Cut-off date. As of the origination of the Mortgage Loan and the Cut-off date, the related Mortgagor operated such individual Mortgaged Property under a temporary certificate of occupancy with no stated expiration date.
