This LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated September 9, 2011, is entered into by and among FORBES ENERGY SERVICES LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Energy Services”), TX ENERGY SERVICES, LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (“TX Energy”), C.C.
