This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 25, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and among Alphabet Holding Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Parent’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NBTY, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with any successor thereto, the “Company”), and Karla Packer (“Executive”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
