SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”) dated as of January 25, 2007, among PanAmSat Satellite Galaxy 16, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “New Guarantor”), a subsidiary of INTELSAT CORPORATION (or its successor), a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), the Issuer, the other Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK, as trustee under the indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
