This REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 22, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between INTREPID GLOBAL ADVISORS, INC. a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and DAVID PYNE TTEE – D&B TRUST (the “Stockholder”).
