EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, (this “Agreement”) made as of the 26th day of October 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between Advanced Proteome Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and, Alexander (Allen) Krantz, an individual who has been and will continue to be the president of the Company (the “Employee”).
