Предоставляемая Документация. Поставщик должен предоставить следующую документацию (далее «Предоставляемая Документация») Заказчику в течение десяти (10) календарных дней с Даты подписания настоящего Соглашения: 2.2.1. документ, подтверждающий, что Продавец является резидентом [внести наименование страны] в значении, определенном [Соглашением/Конвенцией], заключенной между правительством Российской Федерации и [внести название страны Продавца, точное наименование Конвенции или Соглашения, дату и место ее/его принятия]. Документ должен быть заверен Министерством [указать точное название соответствующего органа] или другим уполномоченным местным налоговым или финансовым органом и содержать следующую формулировку: «Подтверждается, что компания [внести точное наименование Продавца] в течение периода (с… по…) является лицом с постоянным местопребыванием в [указать название страны Продавца] в смысле [Соглашения/Конвенции], заключенного между правительством Российской Федерации и [внести название страны Продавца, точное наименование Конвенции или Соглашения, дату и место ее/его принятия]» Данный документ должен быть заверен печатью (штампом) уполномоченного государственного органа (или иным уполномоченным органом) и подписью уполномоченного должностного лица этого органа, легализован в установленном порядке и/или заверен апостилем. All payments made hereunder shall be in accordance with the Terms of the applicable Note and the Debt Agreement. To the extent that amounts in the Note Collection Account are invested in Permitted Investments, the Global Agent shall report the income gain or loss to the Issuer in writing within three (3) Business Days of the date on which the gain or loss accrues on the account and send the amount of any such gain to the account designated in a written instruction by Xxxxxxx Mac (which instruction may be a standing instruction).
