ПРЕДМЕТ. 1.1. Skyeng provides the User with remote training services for a fee, and the User shall use the paid services during the subscription period. 1.1. Skyeng оказывает Пользователю платные услуги по проведению дистанционных занятий, а Пользователь обязуется использовать оплаченные услуги в течение периода подписки. 1.2. The services are provided during the subscription period using Vimbox and involving tutors, unless otherwise provided for hereby. 1.2. Услуги оказываются в течение периода подписки с использованием Vimbox и привлечением преподавателей, если иное не предусмотрено Соглашением. 1.3. Description of services in particular the subject of classes, classes for children, or for adult Users; the scope of services (available for purchase by the User packages of classes, the number of classes in the package); other characteristics (including classes with a Russian-speaking or English-speaking tutor, individual, group, parallel, other classes); certain types of classes (introductory classes, test screening classes, speaking club classes, premium classes, other classes); the cost and terms of service are specified on the website and/or Vimbox and/or in the User's personal account on the Vimbox platform (everywhere in the text – «User's personal account»), while the User's personal account data shall have priority.
