СИТИБАНК ОТКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ ОТ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНИЯ ЛЮБЫХ ПРЯМЫХ ИЛИ ПОДРАЗУМЕВАЕМЫХ ГАРАНТИЙ, ЗАВЕРЕНИЙ ИЛИ ДРУГИХ УСЛОВИЙ (В ТОМ ЧИСЛЕ КАСАЮЩИХСЯ УДОВЛЕТВОРИТЕЛЬНОГО КАЧЕСТВА, ПРИГОДНОСТИ ДЛЯ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННОЙ ЦЕЛИ, СООТВЕТСТВИЯ ИЛИ ТОВАРНОГО СОСТОЯНИЯ) В ОТНОШЕНИИ СИСТЕМЫ, КОНТЕНТА СИСТЕМЫ ИЛИ ЛЮБОГО ДРУГОГО ВОПРОСА В МАКСИМАЛЬНОЙ СТЕПЕНИ, ДОПУСКАЕМОЙ ПРИМЕНИМЫМ ПРАВОМ. СИТИБАНК ТАКЖЕ ОТКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ ОТ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНИЯ ГАРАНТИЙ ОТСУТСТВИЯ НАРУШЕНИЙ В МАКСИМАЛЬНОЙ СТЕПЕНИ, ДОПУСКАЕМОЙ ПРИМЕНИМЫМ ПРАВОМ. ЗА ИСКЛЮЧЕНИЕМ СЛУЧАЕВ, ПРЯМО ПРЕДУСМОТРЕННЫХ НАСТОЯЩИМ СОГЛАШЕНИЕМ, СИТИБАНК НЕ ПРИНИМАЕТ КАКИЕ-ЛИБО ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВА ПОДДЕРЖИВАТЬ КОНТЕНТ СИСТЕМЫ ИЛИ ДОСТУПНУЮ ЧЕРЕЗ СИСТЕМУ ИНФОРМАЦИЮ В АКТУАЛЬНОМ СОСТОЯНИИ, ОБЕСПЕЧИВАТЬ ОТСУТСТВИЕ В НИХ ОШИБОК ИЛИ ВИРУСОВ, ОБЕСПЕЧИВАТЬ БЕСПЕРЕБОЙНОЕ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЕ ИЛИ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯТЬ ПОСТОЯННЫЙ ДОСТУП. СИТИБАНК НЕ ПРИНИМАЕТ КАКИЕ-ЛИБО ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВА ПО ИСПРАВЛЕНИЮ ИЛИ УВЕДОМЛЕНИЮ ВАС ОБ ОШИБКАХ В КОНТЕНТЕ СИСТЕМЫ ИЛИ ИНФОРМАЦИИ, ОТОБРАЖАЕМОЙ ЧЕРЕЗ СИСТЕМУ, О КОТОРЫХ СИТИБАНКУ МОЖЕТ СТАТЬ ИЗВЕСТНО В КАКОЙ-ЛИБО МОМЕНТ ВРЕМЕНИ, ИЛИ УВЕДОМЛЯТЬ ВАС ОБ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯХ В КОНТЕНТЕ СИСТЕМЫ, ИНФОРМАЦИИ ИЛИ ВКЛЮЧЕННОЙ В НИХ МЕТОДОЛОГИИ. НЕСМОТРЯ НА ТО, ЧТО СИТИБАНК МОЖЕТ УКАЗАТЬ ВРЕМЯ РАБОТЫ СИСТЕМЫ, СИТИБАНК ВПРАВЕ ПЕРЕСТАТЬ ОБЕСПЕЧИВАТЬ РАБОТУ СИСТЕМЫ ИЛИ КАКОЙ-ЛИБО ЕЕ ЧАСТИ ИЛИ ВНОСИТЬ УТОЧНЕНИЯ В НЕЕ БЕЗ УВЕДОМЛЕНИЯ. ВЫ ПРИЗНАЕТЕ, ЧТО ЭЛЕКТРОННЫЙ ДОСТУП К СИСТЕМАМ ЧЕРЕЗ ИНТЕРНЕТ ИЛИ ДРУГИЕ ОБЩЕДОСТУПНЫЕ ИЛИ ЧАСТНЫЕ СЕТИ МОЖЕТ БЫТЬ НЕБЕЗОПАСНЫМ. СИТИБАНК НЕ НЕСЕТ КАКУЮ- ЛИБО ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ ЗА НАРУШЕНИЕ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ, КОТОРОЕ ВОЗНИКАЕТ НЕ В РЕЗУЛЬТАТЕ ГРУБОЙ НЕОСТОРОЖНОСТИ ИЛИ УМЫСЛА СО СТОРОНЫ СИТИБАНКА. В ТЕХ СЛУЧАЯХ, КОГДА СИСТЕМА СОДЕРЖИТ ССЫЛКИ НА ДРУГИЕ САЙТЫ, ТАКИЕ ССЫЛКИ ПРИВОДЯТСЯ ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО ДЛЯ УДОБСТВА И БЕЗ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ СО СТОРОНЫ СИТИБАНКА, И ВЫ ИСПОЛЬЗУЕТЕ ИХ НА СВОЙ СОБСТВЕННЫЙ РИСК.
