Zoning Classification. The Buyer hereby acknowledges that it has been properly advised that the Premises herein is zoned CM – Conservation Management, subject to a Federal Cemetery Overlay Zone. The Seller hereby further acknowledges that they have no knowledge of any fact, action or proceeding, whether actual, pending or threatening, which would result in modification or the termination of such zoning, other than a pending appeal before the Newtown Township Zoning Hearing Board.
