Z11 complies with the Client’s instructions in relation to transfers of Personal Data to a country outside of the United Kingdom unless the Contractor is required to transfer Personal Data outside the United Kingdom, in which case the Contractor informs the Client in writing of the relevant legal requirement before any transfer occurs unless any relevant Laws prohibit such notification on important grounds of public interest;
