Your Water System Sample Clauses

The "Your Water System" clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the water system on a property, typically specifying whether the system is private (such as a well) or connected to a municipal supply. It may outline the seller's obligations to disclose the type, condition, and any known issues with the water system, as well as any testing or certification requirements prior to closing. This clause ensures that buyers are fully informed about the water source and its condition, helping to prevent disputes or surprises regarding water quality or access after the transaction.
