Common use of Your Termination Clause in Contracts

Your Termination. 15.1.1. You can terminate the Services at any time by cancelling your Service Account as per the option available in your Profile section. 15.1.2. If a Buyer, cancels his/her/its Service Account, all Confirmed Orders, where the delivery date still needs to occur, will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded or be assigned to another Buyer, if acceptable to you. 15.1.3. If the Seller cancels the Service Account, all outstanding Charges that may apply will be due and payable immediately; You hereby authorise us to deduct the agreed amounts. If you wish to re-activate your Service Account again You will have to contact us in writing. 15.1.4. On receipt of your notice and confirmation that no fees are outstanding we will terminate this agreement and remove your personal information as soon as reasonably possible, with the understanding that you have removed all User Content / material that you may have downloaded via our Services. We will be entitled to retain such information as may be required by law.
