Your Selections Sample Clauses
The "Your Selections" clause defines and records the specific choices, preferences, or options selected by a party within an agreement or contract. This may include selections such as service levels, product features, payment plans, or other customizable elements that the agreement allows the party to choose from. By clearly documenting these selections, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the agreed-upon terms, reducing the risk of disputes and providing a clear reference point for performance and obligations.
