However, it is important that You ensure the Bike is safe and roadworthy each time before You use it, and You agree to maintain the Bike (including brake pads, tyres and inner tubes) at Your own cost. You accept that cycling on a public road carries its own risks and You have hired the Bike on this basis. You also agree to comply with all relevant road safety rules when using the Bike. We strongly recommend You consider cycle safety training prior to riding the Bike on public roads, and wear a helmet when riding.
