YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE SERVICE. (a) To cancel the Service you must give us written notice as set out in clause 15(e) (unless the law specifies otherwise) with the notice periods set out in this clause 9.1. Failure to pay Charges does not automatically cancel the Service and recurring Charges will continue to be incurred until the Service is cancelled by you or us.
