Common use of Your Position Clause in Contracts

Your Position. You will initially have the title of Senior Vice President of Services and Support, Grade 20, reporting to the President and Vice Chairman. The Symantec Employer may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, change your title, grade, duties and the person to whom you report, subject to your rights under the Termination for Good Reason provisions of Section 9 of this agreement.
