Your Payment Terms Clause Samples

The 'Your Payment Terms' clause defines the conditions and schedule under which payments must be made by the customer to the service provider or seller. Typically, this clause outlines when invoices are issued, the acceptable methods of payment, and the timeframe within which payment is due, such as 30 days from the invoice date. It may also address late payment penalties or interest charges. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations, reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring timely compensation for services or goods provided.
