Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers and Advisability of Prompt Reporting. Effective October 17, 2014, the MasterCard zero liability rule will apply to all MasterCard Debit transactions provided that (a) you have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your Card from risk of loss or theft, and (b) upon becoming aware of the loss or theft, you promptly notify us. If you do not meet these conditions, then the liability standards of All Other Transactions as set forth in paragraph 9(b) of the Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosures will apply.
