Your IP. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.1 above, You own all right, title and interest (including patent rights, copyrights, trade secret rights, mask work rights, trademark rights, and all other Intellectual Property rights of any sort throughout the world) in and to all Solution Kit content developed and/or provided by You under this Agreement and deposited in a branch of the respective Solution Kit repository (Your IP).
