Your Contribution. Source code that is created by You in connection with the Professional Services and is specifically identified in a SOW is your contribution (“Contribution”). Parties agree that You retain title to Your Contributions, and You hereby grant Us a non-exclusive licence to use and exercise Your Contributions for the performance of the Professional Services and Services.
