Common use of Your Card Clause in Contracts

Your Card. The Card is a prepaid card. The Card allows you to access funds loaded or deposited to your Card Account by you or on your behalf. You may access the funds in your Card Account by using (1) your Card, (2) the number inscribed or printed on your Physical Card or the number provided to you in connection with your Virtual Card, as applicable (the “Card Number” or “Card Numbers”), or (3) by automated clearinghouse (“ACH”) debit using your Card Account Number and the routing number provided to you in the Revolut mobile application. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is not a gift card, nor is it intended for gifting purposes. You will not receive any interest on your funds on the Card or in your Card Account. The funds in your Card Account will not expire, regardless of the expiration date on your Card. You may request, be issued, and/or use a physical plastic or metal card (a “Physical Card”) or a virtual representation of the card (a “Virtual Card”). If you have and use a Physical Card and a Virtual Card at the same time, both forms of your Card are associated with your Card Account. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, you have the same rights and responsibilities under this Agreement whether you use a Physical Card or Virtual Card.
