Common use of Your behaviour Clause in Contracts

Your behaviour. (a) You agree on your behalf and on behalf of all persons named on the booking form that every such person will at all times and for all purposes relevant to your holiday arrangements act with reasonable care and refrain from all forms of antisocial behaviour. We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.
