Common use of Your banking Clause in Contracts

Your banking. This Part II of the Agreement covers different ways to carry out your banking. You use:  a debit card to transact on your Account;  a credit card to carry out transactions using a credit facility.  Internet Banking to access and transact on your Account via the internet;  SMS Alert to stay up to date with transactions on your Account. If you have a credit card you will also be required to enter into a credit card facility agreement with us. In this Part we refer to debit and credit cards together as ‘your Card’, and ‘Account’ refers to a credit card account as well as a bank account.
