You can see the Custody wallet balance and recent transactions online at any time via your Account. 3.3 If you lose the Card details or if they are stolen, or you suspect that the Card has been used by someone other than you, you must tell us immediately by contacting Customer Support, so we can block your Card. You can also suspend the Card via your Account.

You must keep the card number and other security information provided to you secure. Do not share your Card Credentials with any person. 7.2 You must take all reasonable care and precaution to ensure that the Card Credentials are not lost, misplaced or stolen. 7.3 If your Card Credentials are stolen, you may lose some or all of your money on the M-PESA Account, in the same way as if you lost cash from your physical wallet. 7.4 We recommend that you check the balance on your M-PESA Account regularly. You may view your M- PESA Account balance or recent transactions at any time. 7.5 If you lose your Card details or if they are stolen, or you suspect that your Card has been used by someone other than you or your M-PESA PIN has been compromised you must suspend your Card and inform us immediately.
Keeping your Card secure. After enrolling in a Digital Wallet Service, You shall secure Your Device with the same care You would Your Cards in order to avoid unauthorized use of Your Account(s). You understand that by enabling a Digital Wallet Service to use Your Device to make Purchases and other transactions using Your Account(s), Your Device will act as if it were Your Card(s). You are responsible for safeguarding and keeping confidential Your user ID, passwords, Device passwords, PIN and all other Digital Wallet Service login credentials. If You share this information with other persons, they may be able to access the Digital Wallet Service and make transactions with Your Card or obtain Your Personal Information. You must only store Your Biometric Information on Your Device to prevent others from accessing Your Device and the Digital Wallet Service. If the credentials or Biometric Information of another person is used to unlock Your Device or make transactions, this will be deemed to be authorized by You and You will be responsible for these transactions. You are prohibited from using any Digital Wallet Service on a Device that You know or have reason to believe has had its security or integrity compromised. If Your Device is lost or stolen, or Your login credentials or the security or integrity of Your Card or Device are compromised, You agree to immediately notify the providers of Digital Wallet Services and the Bank. You must notify the Bank by contacting the Laurentian Bank Telebanking Centre at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ in Montreal or at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ elsewhere in Canada, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If You upgrade, change, or dispose of Your Device or if You transfer it temporarily to a third party, it is Your responsibility to delete Your Card from Your old Device.
