YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. 4.1 You shall maintain a Bank Account with a bank licensed, registered and regulated by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), and where the settlement is to a Bank Account with a bank outside the Territory, such bank shall be agreed in writing with us, and you shall maintain sufficient funds in the Bank Account to ensure timely payment of any Fees, Levies, Chargebacks, Refunds, Reversals and any other amounts payable to us under this Agreement. 4.2 You agree to provide us with at least fourteen (14) days advance written notice of any change in the Bank Account, or in case the Bank Account is outside the Territory, effect a change in the Bank Account only with our prior written agreement. You also agree to notify us immediately if there are any restrictions imposed on the Bank Account. We will not be held responsible for incorrect banking details being provided by you which may or may not lead to funds held in custody being transferred to the incorrect party. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the Bank Account details provided to us. 4.3 By signing the direct debit mandate attached with the Application and this Agreement, you represent, undertake and warrant that you have given written authorization to the Bank where the Bank Account is being maintained to accept and honor direct debit instructions from us. 4.4 We reserve the right to debit the Bank Account for any and all amounts owed by you to us under this Agreement and such amounts as determined by us to meet your obligations under this Agreement. If the balance in the Bank Account is not sufficient to meet your obligations under this Agreement including for payment of Fees, Chargebacks, Refunds, Reversals, Levies and any other amounts payable to us under this Agreement then we may recover such amounts and related expenses by deduction of the same from the Sale Proceeds and/or from any collateral held by us or send you an invoice which shall be payable immediately. 4.5 Where applicable, to withdraw funds/ Sales Proceeds that Payfast is holding in custody for you, you may make a payout request using Dashboard . The Sales Proceed funds will then be transferred electronically to your designated Bank Account. Each payout may incur a Fee as specified in your Application or notified by us.
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. ‌ (a) We will provide the Funding to You by electronic transfer to Your bank account, details of which are set out in sub-Item G4 of the Schedule or otherwise to such other bank account that is agreed to in writing by You and the Departmental Officer. (b) If Your bank account details change, You must notify the Departmental Officer in writing. You must do this at least 5 Business Days before the next payment is due, and in any event within 15 Business Days of the change occurring.‌
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. You may use a valid checking account from any recognized financial institution in the USA. First, check with your bank to make sure they accept electronic debits from the account you choose and to determine if your bank will charge you any fees for this service. Then, just give us your American Banking Association (ABA) number and your bank account number when you make your payment. The ABA routing number is usually the first 9 digits located on the bottom of your bank check. Be careful though: your check number could be the first few or the last few numbers, and you don't want to include it. Also, some financial institutions use unique ABA routing and account numbers for electronic payments. To ensure you have the correct ABA number and to avoid any delay, verify your ABA routing and account numbers with your financial institution before completing this process.
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. (a) We will provide the Funding for a Capital Works Project to You by cheque or by electronic transfer to Your bank account, details of which are set out in sub-Item F4 of the Project Schedule to which the Capital Works Project relates or otherwise to such other bank account that is agreed to in writing by You and the Departmental Officer. (b) If Your bank account details change, You will notify the Departmental Officer in writing. You will do this at least 5 Business Days before the next payment is due, and in any event within 15 Business Days of the change occurring.
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT a. You shall establish, and at all times during the Term, maintain one or more Accounts with one or more banks in order to facilitate payment of amounts due from time to time under this Agreement, for which you are responsible hereunder, which banks and Accounts shall be identified in the Application. To secure the extension of credit and your obligations under this Agreement including, without limitation, your obligation to pay, to the extent applicable, Fees, Third-Party Costs, Dispute Items and/or Penalties, you grant to Member Bank and ISO a security interest in your deposited sales and all funds maintained in the Account(s). b. All credits, charges and debits in connection with Card transactions and other amounts owing under this Agreement shall be made to your Account. You authorize Member Bank, without further notice to you, to credit or debit the Account(s). Any Fees, Third-Party Costs, Dispute Items and/or Penalties payable by you pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement not collected by Member Bank or ISO through a debit to the Account, for whatever reason, shall be invoiced to you by Member Bank or ISO and are due upon your receipt of such invoice. c. If you have more than one deposit account with your banks, any or all of such accounts may be treated as the Account and may be credited, charged or debited in connection with Card transactions and other amounts owing under this Agreement as Member Bank or ISO may determine; provided, that you may designate a particular Account with respect to certain amounts to be credited, charged or debited from time to time by Member Bank in connection with particular Card transactions. Member Bank agrees to comply with such designation so long as the designated Account(s) contain sufficient funds to sati sfy such charges or debits. d. If a debit or chargeback to the Account results in an overdraft, you agree to immediately deposit with your bank an amount sufficient to cover such overdraft and any related service charges or fees. e. If you desire to change the Account, you shall notify ISO in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the effective date of the change and shall follow ISO’s procedures for completing the change.
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. You must maintain a demand deposit account at a bank in the U.S. (a “Bank Account”) that has access to the Federal Reserve System in order to receive our payments to you. You must provide us with accurate Bank Account numbers and routing information and immediately notify us of any changes to them by contacting your American Express representative or Supplier/Merchant Services at 1-800- 528-5200 or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If your Bank Account does not meet our requirements or if we cannot verify that the Bank Account information you provided is complete and accurate, we may suspend payments until the issues are resolved. We will not pay interest on suspended payments
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. You agree to open and maintain a bank account and to follow banking and administrative procedures which CLF may require of You. You also agree to maintain such account in a bank which can administer wire transfers.
YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. (a) You must provide us with written notice at least two (2) business days prior to closing your bank account. If you wish to continue to receive direct deposits, you must provide us with information for a substitute bank account. You are solely liable for all fees and costs associated with your bank account and for all overdrafts. You are also liable to us for any fees that we may incur based on your provision of inaccurate information or instructions. You authorize us to initiate electronic credits and credits to your bank account at any time, as necessary to process your transactions. We will not be liable for any delays in receipt of funds or errors in bank account entries caused by third parties.
