Commitment to Provide Accommodation Clause Samples
The Commitment to Provide Accommodation clause obligates one party, typically an employer or service provider, to ensure suitable lodging or housing is made available to another party, such as an employee, contractor, or guest. This clause may specify the type, quality, and duration of accommodation, and can include details like location, amenities, or standards to be met. Its core practical function is to guarantee that the recipient has appropriate living arrangements, thereby addressing logistical needs and supporting the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
