Yield, Fees and Other Costs and Expenses. Notwithstanding any limitation on recourse herein, the SPV shall pay, as and when due in accordance with this Agreement, all Fees, Yield, all amounts payable pursuant to Article IX, if any, and the Servicing Fees. On each Remittance Date, to the extent not paid pursuant to Section 2.12 for any reason, the SPV shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Funding Agents on behalf of the Conduit Investors or the Alternate Investors, as applicable, an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Yield in respect of the prior calendar month. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit in any way the obligations of the SPV to pay the amounts set forth in this Section 2.5.
