Yellow. The escalation would appear on the local and Geography management alert reports for service and sales. Geography level escalation management activities would be invoked. Confidential ATL Dev & Lic Agreement 1/14/97 33 CTE and Engineering Levels would be notified of the sensitivity level of the escalation. Regular status monitoring and reporting would be invoked at the Geography Level. Green A Green Flag would be used to indicate that a previously Yellow or Red alert situation is basically resolved, but requires some follow up with the customer to ensure that the issue can be closed. Severity Level Designation. Problems, defects and malfunctions in a Product will be categorized as follows:

Except as provided in this MOU, the City will reimburse Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($89,500.00) to Developer upon completion and acceptance of the open space, pathway and public use improvements and amenities as shown on Exhibit A.
