Yellow. The escalation would appear on the local and Geography management alert reports for service and sales. Geography level escalation management activities would be invoked. Confidential ATL Dev & Lic Agreement 1/14/97 33 CTE and Engineering Levels would be notified of the sensitivity level of the escalation. Regular status monitoring and reporting would be invoked at the Geography Level. Green A Green Flag would be used to indicate that a previously Yellow or Red alert situation is basically resolved, but requires some follow up with the customer to ensure that the issue can be closed.
