Common use of Years Service Clause in Contracts

Years Service. All employees working on a full-time basis who have completed fifteen (15) years of employment shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay of one and two-thirds (1.66) working days for each month of service which may be accumulated.

Years Service. All Effective July 1, 2017, employees working on a full-time basis who have completed fifteen (15) years of employment shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay of one and two-thirds (1.66) .833 of a working days day for each month of service which may be accumulated. During the employee’s first six (6) months of employment vacation leave shall accrue as provided in this paragraph, but no vacation leave shall be taken during this period.
