Common use of Years Service Clause in Contracts

Years Service. Upon completion of five (5) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to sixteen (16) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of five twenty-six (526) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to sixteen thirty-one (1631) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of five ten (510) years’ continuous serviceservice and annually thereafter, a regular employee will be entitled to sixteen twenty-one (1621) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of five twenty-one (521) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to sixteen twenty-six (1626) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of five fifteen (515) years’ continuous service, service a regular employee will be entitled to sixteen twenty-three (1623) days’ vacation with pay.

Years Service. Upon completion of five nine (59) years’ continuous serviceservice and annually thereafter, a regular employee will be entitled to sixteen twenty-one (1621) days’ vacation with pay.
