Common use of Year One Clause in Contracts

Year One. JAMtv will pay $1,000,000 to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Media for the one -------- year period commencing on the later of (i) the Launch Date and (ii) January 6, 1998 and ending on the first anniversary of such First Payment Date, which shall be payable in four (4) equal quarterly installments of $250,000 each. The first installment shall be payable on January 6, 1998, the second installment shall be payable on April 6, 1998, the third installment shall be payable on July 6, 1998, and the fourth installment shall be payable on October 6, 1998.
