Common use of Year Limited Warranty Clause in Contracts

Year Limited Warranty. For a period of (10) years from the date of purchase of the RV by the first retail purchaser, this Limited Warranty covers the RV against Substantial Defects in material and workmanship attributable to Forest River’s manufacture and assembly of the torsion axle. Substantial Defects are those defects which prevent the RV from performing its intended use for short term recreational camping.

Year Limited Warranty. For a period of (1025) years from the date of purchase of the RV by the first retail purchaser, this Limited Warranty covers the RV against Substantial Defects in material and workmanship attributable to Forest River’s manufacture and assembly of the torsion axlefloor. Substantial Defects are those defects which prevent the RV from performing its intended use for short term recreational camping.

Year Limited Warranty. For a period of (105) years from the date of purchase of the RV by the first retail purchaser, this Limited Warranty covers the RV against Substantial Defects in material and workmanship attributable to Forest River’s manufacture and assembly of the torsion axletent, frame and roof. The five-year limited roof warranty excludes the hard sides. Substantial Defects are those defects which prevent the RV from performing its intended use for short term recreational camping.

Year Limited Warranty. For a period of one (101) years year from the date of purchase of the RV by the first retail purchaser, this Limited Warranty covers the RV against Substantial Defects in material and workmanship attributable to Forest River’s manufacture and assembly of the torsion axleRV. Substantial Defects are those defects which prevent the RV from performing its intended use for short term recreational camping.
